Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$60–$75 per billable hour • Weekly pay • Flexible schedule • Remote-work opportunities
Heart & Home ABA is seeking compassionate, clinically strong BCBAs in the Indianapolis and Gary areas who want flexibility without giving up clinical support. We are a young, growing Indiana ABA provider, about a year into our journey, with active client demand, RBT support, and BCBA-led clinical direction. Joining us at this stage means an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing alongside the organization as new clinical and leadership opportunities develop.
What You’ll Do
- Complete and oversee clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning.
- Develop evidence-based ABA programming and update plans as clinically indicated.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to RBTs.
- Review data, monitor progress, and make treatment decisions based on client outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers as appropriate.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Eligible to practice and provide ABA services in Indiana.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, ethical care.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a growing clinical team.
Do meaningful clinical work and help shape a growing ABA organization.
Heart & Home ABA delivers services in homes, schools, and community settings rather than operating a traditional clinic. Appropriate treatment planning, documentation, supervision, caregiver collaboration, and other responsibilities may be completed remotely when clinically appropriate, while client needs determine when in-person care is necessary.
Our clinical direction is BCBA-led, and we are actively growing. Qualified BCBAs can join an organization with families seeking services and RBT capacity available to support new and expanding caseloads. Because we are still early in our growth, team members who join now can have a meaningful voice in how we develop while positioning themselves for future clinical and leadership opportunities as Heart & Home expands.
