Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Heart & Home ABA is seeking compassionate, dependable RBTs to provide individualized ABA services to children and families across Indiana. You’ll work directly with clients while receiving clinical supervision and support from a BCBA-led team.
What You’ll Do
- • Provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings.
- • Implement individualized treatment programs and behavior-support strategies.
- • Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.
- • Build positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and the clinical team.
- • Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing clinical collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- • Current RBT credential, or willingness to discuss an appropriate pathway when a position permits.
- • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned clients.
- • Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- • Comfort working directly with children and families.
- • Commitment to compassionate, ethical, family-centered ABA care.
